BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.We provide land arrangements only and all flights are your own responsibility. We recommend that these are secured before confirming your tour. 3.Exotic Armenia Tours acts only as an Agent for those independent contractors who supply transportation, guiding services or accommodation and as such is not liable for any loss, accident, injury or damage to you or any personal effects. 4.We reserve the right to substitute visits, entertainment and other features when establishments are closed or cannot be visited for reasons beyond our control. 5.Luggage is carried at owner's risk throughout the tour unless independently insured. Hand baggage and small articles such as coats, umbrellas or cameras are entirely in the care of the passengers. 6.Tips for services of a personal nature and to the tourist guide and driver are not included in the tour cost and are left to your discretion. 7.All children must be accompanied by an adult. 8.All items of a personal nature (room service, beverages, alcoholic drinks, telephone charges, laundry, special food requests, etc.) and meals not specified on the tour itinerary are not included and must be paid by the passenger. 9.Exotic Armenia Tours cannot make refunds or exchanges for unused accommodations, services or features of any tour unless agreed upon prior to departure. 10.Car rental companies in Armenia reserve the right to substitute cars for other models in similar category. Drivers must produce a current driving license issued in their state or country of residence without any endorsements and have a minimum driving experience of one year and aged between 25 to 79 years. 11.Privacy Policy - Exotic Armenia Tours does not share your personal information except as may be required to process your request for travel services, such as hotels and tour bookings, or as required by law. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. It includes your full name, address, telephone number, email address, and any other information that identifies who you are or would allow someone to contact you. Personal information only becomes known to Exotic Armenia Tours when you provide it to us. We do not store financial information. PAYMENT TERMS
1.50% non-refundable deposit is required 14 days from confirmation of the tour.
2.Full payment must be made no later than 60 days prior to departure date. 3.Exotic Armenia Tours accepts payment by bank transfer and credit cards. If your payment is not received as scheduled, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. 4.All cancellations must be received in writing by email or post. 5.Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, we therefore strongly recommend that you purchase independent travel insurance. 6.Cancellations between 60 - 30 days will result in 50% cancellation charge of the tour cost. 7.Cancellations between 29 days or less will result in 100% cancellation charge of the tour cost. IMPORTANT: Exotic Armenia Tours accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, flight cancellations or misconnections due to mechanical problems, sickness, quarantine, weather, acts of God, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism or other circumstances beyond its control. Passengers must bear all such losses or expenses. We aren't responsible for any personal injuries. In case of accidents we don't cover the insurance.To guard against unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend you purchase independent travel insurance.
